She was born in 1993 in Mersin/TURKEY. She completed her bachelor degree in the capital Ankara. She studied at the Gazi University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Urban and Regional Planning and graduated in 2016. She studied English in Canada / Toronto between 2016-2017. Between 2018-2022, she completed her master’s degree in Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Urban Design. Since 2019, she has been working as a Research Assistant at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Faculty of Architecture. In February 2022, she started her PhD education at Istanbul Technical University, Department of City and Regional Planning. Asude wrote her master’s thesis on ‘The evaluation of streets as urban open spaces in the context of quality criteria and a conceptual model proposal: the case of Van Cumhuriyet Main Street’. Her research and interest areas are ‘Social and environmental sustainability, social ecology, human-space relationship, environmental psychology, environmental aesthetics, urban identity, quality of space, public health, healthy neighborhood design’. She mostly works on neighborhood units and urban open spaces in city centers as her work area. She is now a new member of the Research & project-oriented team working with Kasra Padyab Architecture Group on her design interests.
